Training

In addition to hands-on project management, BestProjectYet offers a range of training courses aimed at companies and individuals that want to be able to improve their ability to deliver projects using a modern structured approach.

The training uses real-life cases and scenarios from within your organisation and can be tailored to different levels of participant experience and knowledge. The length depends on client objectives and the type of participants.

Using the Prince2 method as its starting point, the course focuses on the key aspects of project management, including:

• Preparing, structuring and managing a project;
• Working effectively with the organization, project team and project leader;
• Processes that can disrupt projects, and how to deal with conflicts of interest or priority;
• Management by exception, and how to deal with unplanned events and changes to project scope.

An optional second stage of training introduces Agile and iterative concepts, and demonstrates how they can be used to embrace change and rapidly deliver business value.
